About a flight cancellation

 

Dear Air Malta

 

Hello. This is Jooyoung Lee. I’m writing with reference to my flight cancellation, which was booked on 10/10/2013.

 

Before writing, I visited some travel agencies in St.Julians to inquire about how to change the date of the flight. But they answered that I should pay about E130-170 as a commission, so I asked for the cancellation but they told me that it isn’t their work, so I had to contact Air Malta directly.
