Is it better to be a night owl or a morning lark?

There are so many people in the world. We can divide them in two types, morning people and night people. Sometimes it’s caused by gender, age and jobs. Of course, you can choose your type as you feel better. However, unfortunately, most schools and companies want morning people, larks. If you already are a lark, you should consider whether you chose it because of regular habits that you must have adapted. On the other hand, if you are an owl, you should check whether you just want to escape that fixed life.

When I was 10s, I used to be woken up by my mother’s nagging. After graduation, the situation hadn’t changed either. I always needed a super noisy alarm in my working days. As I was struggling against morning sleep, mother told me that a person must act under the sun, because the sunlight helps us to keep healthy. At that time, I ignored the advice and I just hoped that the day I’d finish that routine work could come sooner. But now I think of it, it might be true, because all of nature has done this every day.

On the other hand, there are many free souls, who take some rest in the morning and work in the mood to do so. Some people may think that they must enjoy and amuse themselves with some parties. But practically speaking, most of creative activities are carried out at night. Therefore, if your job doesn’t have to concern with relationships, this type will give you a new 24 hours you could design.

As I concentrate on this topic, I thought my experiences up. When I was a ‘tired lark’, I was obliged to meet people with the ugliest face every morning. When I was a ‘worried owl’, I used to regret my too emotional results, which were made through the night. Now I can realize that the sun makes me more positive and optimistic. Indeed, this feeling can be an important vaccination, which will raise you up when you feel really exhausted.

- Well done!
